Double shaft extruding mixer
TWGD30/50 model double shaft extruding mixer is a raw material processing equipment, suitable for sintered brick production lines fired with clay, shale, coal gangue and sludge as the main raw materials. It is mainly used for stirring, extrusion and kneading of mixed materials and water to improve the plasticity and forming ability of raw materials. It has the characteristics of uniform stirring, strong load bearing capacity, long service life and wide application range.
The power drives the two shafts of the mixer to rotate in opposite directions through the reducer and the gear pair of the gearbox. The two shafts are respectively equipped with stirring knives with opposite directions. The stirring knife makes the material toss, shear and convection; at the same time, the water spray system sprays mist water to the material, and mixes it with it. During this process, the kneading effect between the mud materials further improves the homogenization effect on raw materials of different properties.
A pneumatic clutch is arranged between the motor and the reducer, which can realize the unload start of the motor and also provide overload protection. The extrusion reamer and the inner and outer conical sleeves are all made of wear-resistant alloy steel, which is wear-resistant and easy to replace.
